Once evidence of distribution is found, legal action can be taken against them, including seeking compensation. When entering into such an agreement, we recommend having a third party to act as a witness. This person should be a trusted school authority or friend, accepted by both parties. 2. 如果手上持有自己曾被外流的性影像，可將影像檔案上傳至StopNCII（https://stopncii.org/?lang=zh-tw），預防該影像被他人上傳至FB、IG、OnlyFans、Pornhub、TikTok等其他平台。另外，也請留意其性影像是否又再被外流，一旦在網路上發現，請先保存相關證據，並盡快向性影像處理中心（https://tw-ncii.win.org.tw/）、學校師長及警方求助。 If you possess intimate images of yourself that have been previously leaked, you can upload the image files to StopNCII (https://stopncii.org/?lang=en-gb) to prevent them from being uploaded to other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, OnlyFans, Pornhub, TikTok, etc. Also keep an eye on whether these intimate images are being leaked again. If you find them online, be sure to preserve evidence of it and promptly seek assistance from the Non-Consensual Image Handling Center (https://tw-ncii.win.org.tw/), school authorities, and the police. 3. 若性影像被拍攝時尚未成年，則他人無正當理由持有未成年之性影像已經觸犯兒童及少年性剝削防制條例，建議盡快報案處理。 If intimate images were recorded when the individual was a minor, then anyone holding such explicit images without legitimate reason has already violated the Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation Prevention Act.
