The Overseas Community Affairs Council and the Ministry of Education have also repeatedly conveyed to the schools implementing these programs that they must assist their current overseas Chinese students in transitioning to partner universities. 2. 僑生如就讀後發現志趣不合，簡章業規定得於高一第2學期起申請轉科或轉學（限產攜專班學程內，不限科別），給予轉科或轉學權利；若僑生決定離開產攜體系，復可於技高畢業時，同國內一般學生報考大學統測或報考單招學校；已升讀產攜專班技專端院校者，亦可再行報考一般大學轉學考試，充分尊重僑生學習權益。 Overseas Chinese students who find that their interests do not align with their chosen program of study may apply to change their major or transfer to another school starting from the second semester of their first year of high school (within the program, there are no restrictions on field of study). If a student decides to leave the 3+4 Vocational Education Program, they can choose to take the domestic university entrance exam (joint university entrance examination) or apply to universities through individual admission procedures when they graduate from vocational high school. For those who have already enrolled in the Vocational Education Program university, they can also apply for transfer to a general university through the regular transfer admission process, fully respecting students' learning rights and interests. 3. 產攜專班為七年一貫體制，專班僑生享免試升讀對接大學之保障，與僑先部提供未達大學或技術校院最低錄取標準者得續留臺升學機會，其政策目的所關注之對象不同。 The 3+4 Vocational Education Program follows a seven-year integrated system. In this program, overseas Chinese students are guaranteed admission to corresponding universities without the need for entrance examinations. In contrast, the Overseas Chinese University Preparatory Program offers opportunities for students who have not met the minimum admission requirements for universities or technical colleges to stay in Taiwan for further study. The policy objectives of these programs focus on different target populations. 4. 綜上，為維持產攜專班體制之穩定性及實現政策目的，有關產攜專班學制仍維持不另核發升學考試優待證明。 In conclusion, to maintain the stability of the 3+4 Vocational Education Program and achieve its policy objectives, the current system of not issuing additional examination preferential certificates for university admissions will be maintained. |
