答覆 | 勞動部勞動力發展署 Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor 有關擔任短期補習班專任外國語文教師部分,按外國專業人才延攬及僱用法及短期補習班聘僱外國專業人才從事教師工作資格及審查標準規定略以,短期補習班之專任外國語文教師,或具專門知識或技術,且經中央目的事業主管機關會商教育部指定之短期補習班教師,已可由雇主申請受聘僱從事下列教學工作:數位內容產業之技術創作或實際技術教學工作、專任外國語文教學工作、其他具專門知識或技術,且經中央目的事業主管機關會商教育部指定之教學工作。 For foreign nationals employed to teach languages at short-term supplementary learning centers, the Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers and the Qualifications and Criteria Standards of the Employment of Foreign Professionals Engaging in Professional Knowledge or Skills for Short-term Supplementary Learning Centers require that such language instructors possess professional knowledge or skills, and after a consultation with teachers appointed by the Ministry of Education by the central competent authorities, can take on teaching jobs following their employment: technical creation or technical teaching in the digital content industry, full-time foreign language teaching work, and teaching with specialized knowledge or skills approved by the central competent authority in consultation with the Ministry of Education. 教育部 Ministry of Education 依「外國專業人才延攬及僱用法」,學校聘僱外國人擔任教師需依「各級學校申請外國教師聘僱許可及管理辦法」辦理,爰具外國國籍人士得依本辦法規定擔任外國教師。 According to the Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers, schools employing foreign nationals in teaching capacities are required to follow the Regulations Governing Educational Institutions at All levels Applying for Work Permits for Foreign Teachers and Their Administration, and foreign nationals are to follow said regulations in order to become a teacher in Taiwan. |
