| 答覆 | 經學校確認校外實習屬「課程學習」範疇者，不視為工作。依學校訂定之校外實習相關規範、學校與實習機構所簽訂之實習契約等辦理。僑外生參加校外實習，如非屬工作，即無須加入勞保。 Off-campus internships are considered a part of “course learning” and not employment upon the schools’ confirmation and will be handled according to the schools’ off-campus internship regulations, and the internship agreements signed by the school and the place of internship. If off-campus internships for Overseas Chinese students and other foreign students are not considered to be jobs, then there is no need to apply for labor insurance. |
