有關高職建教僑生於建教公司實習，實習應為課程的部分，然今年卻碰到北部公司在幫僑生投保勞保時，被縣市勞保局要求提供僑外生工作證。實習並非工讀，過去與現在、南部與北部作法不一，請求釋疑。 Regarding Overseas Chinese students studying at vocational high schools and interning at companies that provide cooperative education, the internship is part of the course, yet this year a corporation in northern Taiwan reported local authorities asking for the students’ work permits when applying for labor insurance for the students. Internships are not part-time jobs, but there have been discrepancies in how things are handled in different parts of Taiwan and at different times, please advise on how to proceed.
