If applicants are registering as a group of dozens or hundreds at a time, it would be difficult for universities to batch process the application. Therefore, for a large batch of documents, it is recommended that applications be conducted in person at the counters.

Due to the epidemic this year, the Police Criminal Record Certificate would be near expiration by the time students have entered Taiwan and completed their home quarantine and physical examination. If the Police Criminal Record Certificate expires, how would the ARC application be handled?
