FAQ-Host Families

Once your events have been approved, they will be posted on the Matchbox. Students can see a list of events and sign up for the ones they are interested in, then, wait for matching.

If your event is matched with a student, the contact information will be available for both parties. For any reason you need to cancel the event, please contact the Host Family Office directly.

Each family is unique and every hosting experience could be extraordinary. We value any of your feeddback and you are welcomed to give comments after each event. If you have any other concerns, please call the Host Family Hotline at 04-24517250 ext. 2486, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

To ensure the security of your information, if your account remains inactive for more than 60 days, it will be disabled. If you need to reactivate your account, please call 04-24517250#2486 or send an email to lmmf111@o365.fcu.edu.tw.
