Declaration of Copyright
The websites and social media administered by the Office of the Network for International Student Advisors (NISA, below, the “Office”), including the Office's websites ( www.nisa.moe.gov.tw , www.nisa.moe.gov.tw/moecare , and www.nisa.moe.gov.tw/lmmf ), Facebook pages (the “Network for International Student Advisors” Facebook page, and the “Light a Match Meet a Family - LMMF Program” Facebook page), Instagram account (“Light a Match Meet a Family - LMMF Program”), YouTube channel (“Network for International Student Advisors Office”) (said websites, pages, accounts, and channels, below referred to as the “Websites”), written works (below, the “Works”) produced for activities/courses held, and all content published in printed publications (below, the “Printed Documentation”), including but not limited to materials such as text reports, photos/videos, images, audio information, files, website layouts, web design, etc. (below collectively referred to as the “Content”), are protected by the Copyright Act of the ROC, international copyright treaties, and the relevant intellectual property laws of various countries.
Copyright of all content, photos and videos belong to NISA Office or parties from which NISA Office has secured licensing authorization. Without prior written authorization obtained from the Office, no one shall transmit, alter, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, republish, sell, publicly broadcast, publicly perform, publicly display, publicly present, publicly transmit, or provide said Content to the public in any form, nor shall any person use the Content, in part or in its entirety, to make any profit. Without written authorization obtained from the Office, anyone engaging in any of the aforementioned acts shall bear corresponding civil and criminal liabilities in accordance with the law.
To obtain written authorization from the Office, use the contact information listed below, and inform the Office of the specific purpose, method, scope, duration, and location of use. If no reply is received from the Office within seven working days, it shall be interpreted that the Office has not agreed to provide authorization; thus, no Content can be used.

The rights to all websites, works, and printed literature owned by the Office, as well as to any web pages/data/information provided on any third-party web pages in links provided or established in the Office's websites, works, and printed documentation, are owned by said websites or relevant legal right holders, and the Office cannot guarantee the correctness, real-timeliness or completeness of such web pages or data/information.
It is strictly prohibited to alter or remove the Declaration of Copyright, trademarks, or other declarations published on/in the websites, works, and printed Documentation owned by this Office.
