| 答覆 | 【僑務委員會】 Overseas Community Affairs Council 依僑務委員會「僑生傷病醫療保險作業要點」第3點規定，尚未符合全民健康保險法第9條第1款規定之僑生，自抵臺註冊之日起，得參加僑生傷病醫療保險（僑保）6個月。因此，僑生持臺灣身分證及健保卡，若入境未滿6個月，可以參加僑保。 In accordance with Item 3 of the Operating Guidelines for Overseas Chinese Student Insurance issued by the Overseas Community Affairs Council, overseas Chinese students who do not yet meet the requirements of Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the National Health Insurance Act may participate in the overseas Chinese student insurance (OCSI) for a period of 6 months from the date of their arrival and registration in Taiwan. Therefore, overseas Chinese students holding Taiwanese National ID cards and NHI cards can participate in Overseas Chinese student insurance if they have been in Taiwan for less than 6 months. |
