However, members of the public only need to use their NHI card in a card reader at the time of first registration, to complete registration and bind their mobile device. They can then use the National Health Insurance mobile app/My Health Bank app; a card reader need not be used again. 3. 另行動電話驗證預付卡部分，因預付卡多為短期或臨時性使用，用戶身分異動機率高，缺乏嚴謹之身分認證模式，故目前無法提供預付卡之門號身分識別服務。 As prepaid mobile cards are often for short-term or temporary use and change hands frequently, the option to use a prepaid card for identification is no longer available. |
