一、教育部107年3月22日臺教技(三)字第1070041210A號函略以，因應「外國專業人才延攬及僱用法」施行後，學校聘僱外國人擔任教師需依「各級學校申請外國教師聘僱許可及管理辦法」(以下簡稱本辦法)辦理。
二、綜上，有關具外國國籍人士於臺灣擔任教師，教育部業訂有相關規範，爰具外國國籍人士得依本辦法規定擔任外國教師。
- Ministry of Education, March 22, 2018, Taiwan Education Technology (3) No. 1070041210A announcement states that after the implementation of the "Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals" schools hiring foreigners as teachers must adhere to "Regulations Governing Educational Institutions at All Levels Applying for Work Permits for Foreign Teachers and their Administration" (hereinafter referred to as Regulations).
- In summary, the Ministry of Education has established relevant regulations for individuals with foreign nationality to be a teacher in Taiwan. Therefore individuals with foreign nationality may be employed as foreign teachers under these regulations.
