| 答覆 | 衛福部健保署： 按全民健康保險法第9 條及同法施行細則第8 條規定，外籍人士在臺灣地區領有居留證明文件者，除有一定雇主的受僱者，應自受僱日參加全民健康保險外，其餘應自領有居留證明文件且在臺居留滿6 個月(連續居留6 個月或曾出境1 次未超過30 日，實際居留期間扣除出境日數達6 個月)之日起，參加全民健保及繳納保險費，並享有健保之醫療給付。 National Health Insurance Administration, MOHW: According to Article 9 of the National Health Insurance Act and Article 8 of the Enforcement Rule of the same law, foreigners who have an Alien Residence Certificate in Taiwan shall enroll in National Health Care, pay the premium, and entitle to the medical benefits since they have been in Taiwan for 6 months from the date of obtaining an Alien Resident Certificate (continuous residence for 6 months, or left the country once less than 30 days and after deducting days out of the country, residency totals 6 months), except those with permanent employers that shall participate in the National Health Insurance from the date of employment. 教育部： 依據「外國學生來臺就讀辦法」第 22 條規定，外國學生註冊時，新生應檢附已投保自入境當日起至少六個月效期之醫療及傷害保險，在校生應檢附我國全民健康保險等相關保險證明文件。如外籍生無法於母國先行投保，可由就讀學校協助加入學生團體保險或協助學生以個人方式投保。 Ministry of Education: According to Article 22 of the "Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan," new foreign students shall acquire medical and injury insurance valid for at least six months from the date of entry. The enrolled students shall provide National Health Insurance and other relevant insurance documents. If foreign students cannot apply for insurance in their home country, they should get assistance from the university in Taiwan in joining student group insurance or applying for insurance on an individual basis. |
