華語中心（語言中心）申請華語生工作證的申請件中，並沒有標註寄至僑外組地址，建請勞動部印出公文時「手動更新」寄至語言中心，請勿寄至僑外組。 The application documents for Mandarin Language Centers (Language Centers) applying for work permits for overseas Chinese students do not indicate the address of the Overseas Chinese and Foreigner Affairs Division. Please request that the Ministry of Labor manually update this when printing official letters and sending them to the Language Centers; do not send them to the Overseas Chinese and Foreigner Affairs Division.

1.關於僑外生工作許可，學生已領取電子公文，學校卻依然會收到紙本信件，請勞動部毋須重複郵寄。2.逾期未領件者，系統將關閉「領取電子公文」功能，建議勞動部取消此規定，希望在工作許可有效期限內皆可下載，不要關閉此功能，免得學生逾期未領還要再補申請。Regarding the work permit for overseas students, if a student has already received an electronic notification, the university still receives a hard copy letter; please ask that the Ministry of Labor not deliver duplicate notifications. Students who fail to collect their documents within the specified period will have their Receive Electronic Official Letters' function disabled. We recommend that the Ministry of Labor reconsider this policy, and allow students to download their documents at any time within the validity period of the work permit. This would prevent students from having to reapply for documents if/when they miss the initial deadline.
