答覆 | 1. 僑外生之工讀應符合雇主聘僱外國人許可及管理辦法第34條第1項規定,工作許可有效期間最長為6個月。上學期提出者,工作許可之期限原則至次學期之3月31日止,於下學期申請者,工作許可之期限原則至同年之9月30日止。惟高中及大學應屆畢業生(含延畢生)許可期限至同年6月30日止。 Overseas Chinese students and foreign students working part-time must follow Article 34, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers, which allows the validity of their work permits up to a maximum of six months. Those who applied for an extension last semester are generally given until March 31 in the following semester before their permit expires, and those who apply in the second semester receive an extension until September 30 of the same year. High school and university graduates (postponed graduation included) are given extensions until June 30. 2. 外國留學生應經就讀學校同意並認定符合雇主聘僱外國人許可及管理辦法第31條規定事實之一,始得提出工作許可申請。倘應屆畢業生或延畢生有暑修或延畢之需要,由學校辦理註冊相關單位或(系)所出具相關證明(如在學證明),不須檢附下學期繳費證明。Foreign students are required to seek their university's approval and confirmation that they adhere to Article 31 of the Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers before they apply for a work permit. Should a graduate or delayed graduate be required to attend summer sessions or postpone their graduation, the university's registration office or the graduate's department of study will provide relevant evidence (such as proof of enrollment), without need for the next semester's proof of payment. |
