| 答覆 | 僑務委員會 Overseas Community Affairs Council 1. 依據僑務委員會「補助在學僑生社團舉辦活動要點」，補助僑生社團之金額，每一活動以新臺幣2千元以上，1萬元以下為原則。 In accordance with the Overseas Community Affairs Council Subsidy Guidelines for Activities Organized by Overseas Compatriot Student Clubs, the subsidy amount for overseas Chinese student clubs is NT$2,000 to NT$10,000 per activity. 2. 僑生社團辦理重大活動，經僑務委員會專案核准者，不受前項金額之限制。 For major events organized by overseas Chinese student clubs, those that have been granted special approval by the Overseas Community Affairs Council are not subject to the aforementioned monetary restrictions. 3. 僑生社團應於舉辦活動10日前，以書面載明活動性質、時間、地點、活動方式、參加活動人數及經費預算透過學校函送僑務委員會審查，俾利酌情補助。 Overseas Chinese student clubs must submit a written document to the university, specifying the event’s nature, date, location, format, number of participants, and budget, at least 10 days before the event is held. This information will be forwarded by the university to the Overseas Community Affairs Council for review, to facilitate discretionary subsidies. |
